Do I need to sign a contract?

No there is no contract, you can cancel your WordPress maintenance package at anytime.

How do I pay for your service?

You can pay online with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX). Your card will be billed automatically on a monthly recurring basis until you cancel or change your plan.

Do I need to change my website hosting to use your services?

No we are happy to work with your existing hosting. If we find that your existing host is providing a substandard service, we will of course notify you.

Do you provide Australian WordPress hosting?

Yes of course, we have an exceptionally good WordPress hosting available. Contact us with your requirements and we can create a package specifically for you.

What happens if my site breaks when you are performing an update?

We do attempt to ensure compatibility before we perform updates but occasionally something will break. If we can fix it immediately we will. If the issue is more complex or a quick fix is not available, then we will roll back your site to a previous backup.

What if I have a customised theme or plugins?

Generally, we would recommend you have your original developer perform these updates, so as to ensure none of their customisations are overwritten. If the original developer is unavailable to perform the required update, then our team can definitely help you but we would need to quote on a case by case basis.

Can I request WP Protect to provide additional support or WordPress site customisation’s?

Yes of course. Our developer team are always available, just complete this form and we will be in touch shortly to assist you.

Does WP Protect support WordPress Multisite?

Due to the nature of WordPress Multisite we don’t include it in our standard packages. We can of course create a customised maintenance package to suit your specific requirements.

How can I cancel my WordPress maintenance plan?

It’s simple enough, just complete our cancellation form. Once we have confirmed your request to cancel we will remove our security, backup and maintenance plugins from your site. Then we will cancel your payment subscription.
